BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
12 / 05 / 2016

Hey everyone! Today I have another baking recipe for banana chocolate chip muffins. Seriously those  are delicious. I was so happy to spend some time with frieds on our local river and it was the perfect opportunity to turn on the oven and bake some muffins.
I think banana and chocolate just suit each other very well.

resipe adapted from: the farmer´s daughter
for approx 18 muffins

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 1 1/2 tbs. hot water
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, mix together margarine.

2. Add egg, and mix well until light and fluffy.

3. Mash the bananas, add them and mix well.

4. Dissolve the cacao powder in the hot water.

5. Add the cacao mixture and vanilla to your batter and mix.

6. Mix in salt, baking powder and the clover and beat until just mixed.

7. Stir in the chocolate chips.

9. Cut baking paper into circles so they fit to the ground of your
muffin tins and scoop the batter until 3/4 filled.

10. Bake at 200 degrees circulation air for 18 minutes.

Go ahead and try it yourself. If you do let me know if you like them as much as I do, I´d love to chat about it.
