As I mentioned in my previous blogpost, I´m going to tell you more about the juices I used in my juice cleansing diet. In this blogpost I´m going to talk about each juice. Which ingredients did I use, how do they help my body and very important as well, how did they taste?! I think it´s really important to know what you put in your body and how it can do to help you, whether it´s good or bad.

Wie ich es schon im meinem vorherigen blogpost angekündigt habe, kommt jetzt ein post über die Säfte ich in den letzten Tagen getrunken habe. Welche Zutaten hab ich verwendet, wie haben sie meinem Körper geholfen und, ganz wichtig, wie haben sie geschmeckt?! Meiner Meinung nach ist es wichtig zu wissen was man seinem Körper über die Nahrung zuführt.

DETOX DIARY: MY 5-DAY JUICE CLEANSE

I wanted to do a Detox Juice Cleanse for ages but I couldn´t do it during school because you got to have time to really focus and watch out for your body. The main reason why I wanted to do this detox juice cleansing is because I realized that my skin became really bad because of unhealthy eating and a cleansing diet is a great way to help your skin and  it´s also a good starter to resume a healthy diet again. Last week I finally had enough time to start. I made all the juices myself, so I can´t talk about any of the detox juices you can order and buy from different companies. It is also important that you won´t do any hard work or sports in these 5 days, just listen to your body. When your too hungry or feel tired and sick it´s not a shame to eat something else or even stop the diet. You can start again whenever you want to.
