Hi everyone! I finally have a new recipe for you! Today it´s a dish with shripms, fennel, pepper and aubergine. So delicious and so healthy, I can´t believe it. This one is perfect if you´re on the run and don´t have much time, but still want to cook something fresh and healthy. Are you ready? Let´s go then.

Ingrediants: 
- 1 pepper
- 1/2 aubergine
- 6-10 cherry tomatos
- 150g shrimps
- 5g kurkuma powder
- salt & pepper

1. Cut all the veggies into cubes and cook them in a pan on highest heat.
2. Wash the shimps and add them to the veggies.
3. Add the kurkuma powder and some water and add salt and pepper to taste.




And your already done! Crazy how fast and still super delicious.
